How to use our service in just three easy steps:

• Step One: Please send your documents by email, if possible, in MS Word format. Choose WORD COUNT from the TOOLS menu to get the total number of words. Multiply that number by just six cents per word, US $.10, (ten cents) to get the cost for the translation of your document. Our email address is: translation@thehightechstore.com
• For documents that are only available in printed hard copy, these may be submitted by fax or scanned and emailed or sent by postal snail mail to our offices in Coral Gables, Florida.
• Step Two: Our translation team will confirm receipt of your document(s) by return email, and you will receive an invoice
  in your inbox in just a few minutes. Bilingual accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Paypal, Western Union & Business Checks (Please. allow 3-5 days for clearance)
• .Please pay your invoice and you will receive an email from your customer support specialist confirming the receipt of your
  payment and a confirmation of when you will receive your finished translation, (usually available for next business day).
  If you need rush service, please let your representative know.
• Step Three: You will receive a MS Word document showing the original language text on the left side of the page, the translated language on the right side of the page. This way you know which translated text corresponds to the original text. For submissions by fax of already printed documents, you will receive a PDF showing your original document and a separate MS Word document showing your translation. If you need a different format, please let us know.
