We have ceased doing business with this importer/manufacturer.
1. The product has not worked in trials, as expected, as claimed.
2. Delays in delivery for over three (3) months, as importer made
excuses,
embarrassing us and tarnishing our reputation of nearly 20 years.
3. Once arrived, importer had the nerve-after making us and our clients'
wait over (3) months-to raise the price!
Thus, we are tired of being lied to, so Persona Non-Grata to them.
